Terms of Service

be Unfined is a letter-writing tool. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice or legal representation, and does not guarantee any result.

1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of the be Unfined mobile app and website (the "Service"), operated by SRG Compagny, 1701 Carroll St, Brooklyn, NY 11213, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service does

• You photograph a parking, traffic, camera or toll ticket. Software (including Google Gemini, an AI model) reads the information on it. You review and correct it.
• You answer questions about what happened and may add evidence.
• The Service drafts a contest letter in your name from your answers, your ticket and your evidence. You review, edit and sign it.
• You decide whether and how to send the letter to the agency that issued the ticket, following the instructions printed on your ticket and before its deadline.

3. Not legal advice

Nothing in the Service is legal advice. We do not review your case, we do not represent you, and no attorney–client relationship is created. The letter is a template-based draft built from the information you provide. Rules, deadlines and procedures differ by state and city and can change. If you need legal advice, contact a licensed attorney in your state.

4. No guarantee

Agencies and courts decide each case independently. We do not promise that any ticket will be dismissed or reduced. Results from other users do not predict your result.

5. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States.
• The information and evidence you provide must be true and yours to share. You are responsible for the content of any letter you sign and send.
• You must meet the deadlines on your ticket. The Service may show reminders but is not responsible for missed deadlines.
• Do not use the Service to submit false statements, to harass anyone, or to break the law.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

6. Credits, payments and refunds

• Letters are paid with credits. One credit = one contest letter for one ticket, on any vehicle in your account. Regenerating the letter for the same ticket (up to 3 drafts) does not use another credit.
• Credits are sold in packs at the prices shown in the app. Payments on the web are processed by Stripe. In-app purchases on iPhone and Android are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• You can request a refund of an unused pack from "Letter credits" in the app. We review each request and answer within a reasonable time. Refunds of purchases made through Apple or Google are handled by them.

7. Your account and data

You can edit your profile and vehicles at any time, and permanently delete your account from Profile → Delete my account. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

8. Availability and changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. If a change is significant, we will notify you in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for fines, penalties, fees or other consequences of a ticket, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
